Kidkraft are one of the most well known makers of kid-sized "let's pretend" furniture. For good reason too. Their sets are solidly constructed for years of play and economically priced, so you won't feel like your wallet has a huge hole in it after you've bought one of their sets.

For hours of fun and imagination, Kidkraft play kitchens are a great choice. One of my favorite kitchen playsets is the Kidkraft Deluxe Big and Bright model has features similar to the corner unit, but because it isn't in the L shape, it takes up less room.

And while the Deluxe Big and Bright Kitchen does not feature window or curtains, it is beautifully bright and colorful. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave that open and close. There are see-through doors on the oven and microwave.The wall behind the sink and stove is decorated in a child-friendly wallpaper.

Kidkraft designs many of their playsets with gender neutral colors -- usually a mix of natural wood and primary colors. So whether your little cook is a boy or a girl, they should have quite a lot of fun with many of the kitchen sets!

I'm also include one here that is just perfect if you don't have a lot of room for a full-fledged Kitchen set or if you are looking for a more economically priced playset. This Primary Wood Toy Kitchen has a more pared down form factor than many of the others in the Kidkraft line.
