Haribo gummi candy gold bears 5 pound bag

I love gummi bears and I don't like to settle for just any old gummy bear. Nope, it's gotta be Haribo! I usually keep them in a big jar on my desk so I like to buy the big 5 pound bags of the Haribo Gummi Candy Gold Bears.

My favorite flavor is the yellow/lemon, but I love the orange/orange bears too. I just need to be careful that they don't get stuck in my teeth.

If you didn't know, the Haribo company is based in Germany. They actually invented the first gummi bears. Their flagship candy, the Gold ear, was invented in 1922. It used to be called the Dancing Bear.

The original gold gummi bears aren't the only candy that Haribo sells. They have all kinds of gummi candy -- available in different flavors and shapes. They also make black and red licorice. Oh, and I'm a big fan of the Cola bottles, which are awesome! And you can also get those in the 5 lb bags.

If you buy the five pound bags, you can store them in the fridge or freezer. In fact, they are delicious straight from the freezer. Just don't bite down if the gummy bear has actually frozen solid or you will break a tooth! (Actually, they usually don't freeze all the way).
